CPS Energy is seeking a Company to perform activities associated with state and federal air quality rules and associated with preparing air quality submittals to regulatory agencies. Additionally, services may include but are not limited to: participation in developing compliance and permitting approaches, preparation of process flow diagrams, calculation and documentation of emissions, performance of additional impacts analyses, preparation of permit and air quality modeling reports for TCEQ and EPA, another other related services as outlined in Statement of Work #10646437.
Companies wishing to provide a Response for this Solicitation must download the Collective Document for this Solicitation no later than December 10, 2020 from the website. There is a link for the Collective Document located on the left side of this page, under the “Solicitation Documents.” To successfully download the documents, it is recommended that Google Chrome 33+, Mozilla Firefox 38.01.1, or Internet Explorer 9 or greater be used.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held virtually on November 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Central Time) via Webex. Information for the Webex meeting is in the RFP Schedule in the Collective document. This meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended that the interested companies participate.
Response Due Date:
Responses are due no later than December 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM (Central). CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late Submittals. The Collective document contains all pertinent information regarding responses.
