Home Manager


Home Manager 4.0 is the most current version of the mobile app. Please update your smart phone to utilize all benefits from this app upgrade.


Apple device users: Your device must be updated to iOS 6.0 or above before downloading and installing the updated Home Manager mobile app from the iTunes store. 

Update to Home Manager 4.0 and still having issues? Please uninstall the app and then reinstall. 


With Home Manager, you can 

  • Reduce your home heating and cooling costs with little or no change to your lifestyle. 
  • Control your energy use while you're home or away by using your computer, tablet or smart phone.
  • Use the Home Manager app to create energy programs for different times of the year. 
  • Access your account anytime online and help our community reduce its overall energy use.

Is Home Manager a good fit for you?

Home Manager is a great way to manage energy use, but it’s not ideal for everyone. Consider these factors before you apply for the system.

Home Manager is a great fit if:

  • You have internet access or a smart phone
  • You own your home
  • You are away from the house for extended periods of time
  • You have central air conditioning
  • You have an electric water heater

Home Manager may not be a good fit if:

  • You rent or live in an apartment
  • Your home has occupants with medical conditions
  • Your home is occupied the majority of the time
  • You do not have central air conditioning
