We provide electric and natural gas services for residential and commercial customers/developments throughout our service territory. All service requests, whether new service installation requests, service remodel requests, All-Night Security Lighting requests or street lighting (associated with new residential developments), are handled by our Customer Engineering Department.

We perform the trenching and infrastructure installations for electric and gas facilities required for residential developments. However, developers have the option of hiring their own contractor to perform this work. In these cases, the developer’s contractor must meet the Contractor Qualifications in order to be approved to perform this work. The contractor must install all facilities in accordance with our Construction Standards.

We comply with all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements. To ensure our compliance with these requirements, new Environmental Compliance Review Requirements have been developed and were implemented in January 2014. Customers should review these procedures and familiarize themselves with the new requirements to avoid any unnecessary costs and delays to their projects.
