Planned Outages

 

Some outages are planned as we continuously work to improve electric and gas reliability. If there will be a planned power outage in your area, we will look to give you sufficient notice.

We also try to keep the amount of time you’ll be without power to a minimum. We will mail you a letter 30 days before a planned outage, and call you the day before.
