Customer Service Centers


We try to make it as convenient as possible to pay your energy bill. Pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person at any one of our four customer service centers.

Our customer service centers are open Monday through Friday, 7:45a.m. to 5:30p.m. (see locations and click on an address for a map).

Each CPS Energy Customer Service Center has a night deposit box for round-the-clock payments.

PLEASE NOTE: Our customer service centers are not taking credit card payments at this time.

A third party vendor fee of one dollar ($1.00) will be charged to CPS Energy customers who pay their bills at non-CPS Energy locations.
