Ridge Creek Project

 
 

As the electric and natural gas service provider for the City of San Antonio and surrounding area, we strive to deliver safe, reliable, environmentally sound and affordable services to our customers. We are continually assessing and implementing projects designed to help us provide exceptional customer service.

In reviewing our reliability performance, we have identified the need to increase the reliability of the underground electric distribution system serving the Ridge Creek Neighborhood. The scheduled start date for this project is 7/06/2021 and the estimated completion date is 12/3/2021.

We are starting this important project because the underground electrical system serving your home and neighborhood was installed in 1980 and is nearing the end of its useful life. We are reducing the likelihood of unplanned outages by proactively maintaining and replacing the old equipment.
